- the exact amount of the claim
- and the exact amount of all payments of the debtor
- the exact date of all payments
- copies of the invoices (obligatory)
- delivery notes (if available)
- credit notes (if available)
- correspondence relating to the claim in dispute
- all documents of the file in copy
- Power of Attorney (signed by the legal representative of your company, name and surnames are to be written in full); a draft of a Power of Attorney will soon be available
